Employers must follow the steps below to complete the EPFO Login process and access the EPFO Member Portal:

• Visit the official EPFO Login Portal page.
• Employers must enter their organization’s username and password to complete the sign-in process.
• Once logged in, employers are redirected to the EPFO Member Portal, where they can approve employee KYC details and carry out other essential tasks.

How to reset your EPFO password?

• Click on “Forgot Password” on the UAN member portal login page.
• Enter your UAN and the captcha code.
• Provide your name, date of birth, and gender, then click “Verify.”
• Enter the displayed captcha, your Aadhaar number, give consent for Aadhaar-based authentication, and select “Verify.”
• Enter your registered mobile number, give consent, and click “Get OTP.”
• Type the captcha shown on the screen along with the OTP received, then click “Verify.”

How to Reset Your EPFO Login Password

Resetting your EPFO UAN Login password is simple. Just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Visit the EPFO/UAN Member e-Sewa Portal and click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option.

Step 2: Enter your Universal Account Number (UAN) and complete the captcha verification.

Step 3: Provide your personal details- name, date of birth, and gender- as registered with EPFO, then click ‘Verify’ to confirm your identity.

Step 4: Enter your Aadhaar details by providing the Aadhaar number and the captcha code. Give your consent and click ‘Verify.’

Step 5: Verify your identity by entering the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Step 6: Once your mobile number is successfully verified, you will be redirected to the password reset page.

Steps to Log In to the EPFO Member Portal Passbook

Step 1: Open the official EPFO Member Passbook portal.

Step 2: Find the login section on the homepage.

Step 3: Enter your UAN (Universal Account Number), password, and the captcha code shown on the screen.

Step 4: Click the login button to continue.

Step 5: After logging in, you will be taken to a new page with multiple options.
